About Kate

Kate Gawi is a multi-genre author and interior designer for some of Melbourne’s most affluent homes and the creative director and co-owner of Architeria Architects.

Growing up in Europe, she developed an appreciation for classic architecture, art, history, and literature. While her stories explore a range of genres, they all share a richly atmospheric quality and transport readers to breathtaking, vividly realised settings. Kate believes that beauty in all its forms can enrich lives, and she hopes her readers will appreciate the moment of escapism she offers through her stories.

When Kate is not designing or writing, she can be found in her tea house, with a cup of Earl Grey, or browsing through antique stores- preferably in Southern France.
